Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping The Marketplace. This Delivery Policy explains how delivery and pickup work in the checkout flow.

1. Delivery and Pickup Options

At checkout, you may choose GrabMart delivery or Pick up when those options are available for your selected store and order. Delivery orders are handled by GrabMart and delivered to the address you provide. Pickup orders are prepared at the selected store, and the store will call when the order is ready.

2. Contact, Address, and Store Details

For delivery, please provide complete contact and delivery details, including your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, city, region, and any additional address details needed to locate you. Incomplete delivery details may prevent checkout from continuing.

For pickup, please choose a store before checkout and bring your order confirmation and phone number when collecting your order.

3. Scheduling

Before payment, the checkout flow lets you select an available delivery or pickup date and time. Standard delivery windows, express delivery windows, and pickup windows are shown only when available. Available windows may vary by store, order time, order volume, and operating capacity.

4. Fees

Standard GrabMart delivery is free for qualifying orders shown at checkout. The checkout flow currently shows free standard delivery for orders of PHP 500.00 or more, a standard delivery fee for orders below that amount, and an optional express delivery fee when fast delivery is selected. Pickup is shown as free pickup.

All delivery fees, pickup fees, express fees, discounts, tips, and totals should be reviewed in checkout before payment.

5. Delivery Preferences and Proof of Delivery

For GrabMart delivery, you may choose delivery preferences such as Hand order to me or Leave at my door, and you may add delivery notes such as gate codes or drop-off instructions. Your rider may take a photo for proof of delivery.

Tips are optional. When you add a tip in checkout, 100% of the tip goes to your GrabMart rider.

6. Communications and Availability

By choosing GrabMart delivery, you agree to receive communications about your order. Delivery and pickup availability, timing, fees, item availability, and order handling may change based on your selected store, address, inventory, weather, traffic, order volume, and third-party partner capacity.
